The May Harpers has two jaw-dropping articles on the Evangelical movement that seeks to become our earthly overlords.

The first article is "Soldiers Of Christ", about the New Life Church in Colorado Springs, a megachurch with an explicit agenda for taking over our country. The second article is "Feeling the Hate", covering a meeting of the National Religious Broadcasters and describing how the religious right is building a parallel media universe to replace actual news with Christo-Fascist propaganda.

Unfortunately, these two must-read articles are not available online on the Harpers site, but there are links to the texts pulled from Lex-Nex below the fold.  HIGHLY recommended reading, if only so that you will understand how our new theocracy will look and function.

Agitprops has two new posters up for download -- the first of a series that riff on the hit CBS show CSI to describe episodes of GOP corruption with "Corrupt Scheme Illustrations".

In addition to explaining these complicated deals in a relatively simple way, the "CSI:GOP" banner will also catch the eye of fans of that show, who skew Republican.

Printing out a few of these at home or at work and then posting them on supermarket bulletin boards, etc. would do a lot to get the important information through the eyeballs and into the heads of lots of people who need it.
